We have a luxurious and spacious open floor plan that can be utilized to produce a wide variety of content ranging from high fashion, beauty, interviews, music videos, films, & more. You are welcome to rearrange furniture and bring your own props & set design. The options are essentially limitless. Located in the creative heart of Downtown Bushwick in Brooklyn, your booking includes the entire living area space, a brand new kitchen, bathroom and additional amenities including a Gym, Movie Theatre, and Lounge Room.

MANHATTAN SKYLINE ROOFTOP
Host your next big content shoot, meeting, or event at our brand new Manhattan Skyline with additional amenities! We have a luxurious and spacious open rooftop plan that can be utilized to produce a wide variety of content, events, and meetings. You are welcome to rearrange furniture and bring your own props & set design. The options are essentially limitless. Located in the creative heart of Downtown Bushwick in Brooklyn, your booking includes the entire rooftop and a bathroom.
Health & Safety
In an effort to ensure the health and safety of our guests, we carefully disinfect and sanitize all of our surfaces after each and every booking.
Additional information
- $250 refundable security deposit for all bookings
- We will provide our on-site studio manager for all bookings
- Security must be provided for all events. Alternatively we can provide security for $75/hour.
- Street parking is available
- Studio is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
- Please leave the studio space the way you found it.
- Clean up after yourself.
- Don’t damage any furniture or equipment in the studio.
- No smoking allowed.
- Please treat the space with respect and you will have a great experience.
