Additional information
- Security deposit: $250 refundable deposit for events
- We will provide our on-site studio manager for all bookings
- Security must be provided for all events. Alternatively we can provide security for $75/hour.
- Rooftop Events: Maximum of 30 people
- Street parking is available
- Every studio is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
- Please leave the studio space the way you found it.
- Clean up after yourself.
- Don’t damage any furniture or equipment in the studio.
- No smoking allowed.
- Please treat the space with respect and you will have a great experience.
